This is an unusual recipe that I learned by watching the food network (big surprise) but adapted it to my liking. Everyone that has tried this recipe thinks "EEW apples and cheese" but it is a really fabulous combination and ends up being the favorite at my luncheons. -- posted by Melanie B.
