Sesame Crusted Chickpea Patties

These patties are a slightly different take on falafel as they are actually no-cook and served cold.
They have a yummy chickpea sesame flavour and go great with all sorts of dips such as a cucumber or spicy tomato raita.
I hope you enjoy them as much as we did! — posted by Lalaloula

Caesar Salad Wraps

Easy peasy and yummy for breakfast, lunch, or dinner & low in calories! I like to use Annie’s Goddess Dressing but you can use whatever caesar you like. Makes one serving but you can of course make more than one wrap if you are making it for more than one person. — posted by laurenbeth

Mixed Bean Pasta Salad

Great for a pot luck or picnic. If you don”t have the dressing ingredients to hand use a shop-bought fat-free French-style dressing instead. — posted by English_Rose

Zephyr Sandwich

This isn’t your average turkey sandwich. It’ll leave you wanting one everyday for lunch. Great for a beautiful day with good company. Enjoy! — posted by Kyle W. Smith
