Cherry Apple Coconut Rice Pudding
This dish, created by a dietician and a mom, is an ideal alternative to purchased baby food and the same old toddler-friendly snacks. From mothering.com. I am guessing at the servings because that information was not given on the original recipe, and I haven’t made this yet. I will definitely make this with light coconut milk! — posted by Melissa and Her Pants
White Chocolate Oreo Cream Cheese Balls
I think this recipe is very good it is also very simple. It came from one of my girlfriends. A tip is to swirll the oreo balls in the white chocolate and not dunk them in. — posted by Chef #1152631
Smoky Tomato-Salmon Chowder
I found this recipe in the February 2009 issue of Better Homes and Gardens. It looks really good – maybe an alternative to chili sometime. I haven’t made it yet, but am putting it here until I can. You can use salmon fillets with skin, just bake them skin side down, then leave the skin on the baking pan, using only the meat. Be sure to use gloves when working with the jalapeno as the oils may burn skin and eyes. — posted by Julie F
Sesame Dipping Sauce
This works well for dipping pot stickers in as well as tossed over udon noodles and fresh vegetables for a quick dinner. — posted by EmilyStrikesAgain

From the Chicago Tribune: "Use this richly flavored dressing for cold roast beef and pork sandwiches. You can substitute regular horseradish if you can’t find any with beets." — posted by EmilyStrikesAgain
